Role:- Handles over all Operations, Business development , Marking and administration department.

TIC Integrated Marketing Services (2003 and 2009) (National Operations Director)

TIC is one of India’s foremost integrated marketing solutions provider.

Role:-

  • -Event Planning (Production) & Execution, Events budgeting & understanding the profitability of an Event.
  • -Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
  • -Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
  • -Manage a team of production & designing.
  • -Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • -Evaluate, Recommend, Negotiate and execute various Conferences, Award Show, Entertainment events and Exhibitions.
  • -Creating and delivering presentations & proposals for BTL activities
  • -Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.

Encompass apart from being a BTL solution provider is also a creatively led entertainment company owned by renowned TV personality Roshan Abbas.

  • -Handling the production of Events.
  • -Ensure proper branding, execution and coordination processes followed as per guidelines.
  • -Vendor management and Client relationships and negotiations.
  • -Coordinated all the legal permissions for Events and Road shows.
  • -Making the daily feedback reports of an activations and events.

Wizcraft is the pioneer of brand activation & the line entertainment business in India. It is a global entertainment company as on date founded in 1988.

Role:-

  • -Managing & maintaining supplier relationships
  • -Travelling for recce & onsite inspections and project managing events.
  • -Ensuring that estimate approval, billing, and collection happen on time.
  • -Maintaining a database of pan India hotels & vendors.
  • -Coordinated all the legal permissions for Events and Roadshows.
